> I am Kim Jinhee from Bucheon,Korea. And I'd like to ask if I can do this law case with you.

> I started working as a manager of the Labor department for the Smile auto Repair Service, the contractor for the AAFES Korea as the Car care center on the Camp.Kim, Yongsan in 2017. In 2019, Mr. Kim, Jaehyun, the owner of the Smile Auto Repair Service, offerred the manager position of the Car Care Center on Camp. Humphreys,Pyeongtaek. And I accepted and started working on August of 2019. But Mr. Kim Jaehyun didn't hire any other office workers and I had to work by myself for the following 1 year. And I decided to quit and 2 weeks after I quit I got the Stroke and became disabled, now I can't use my left arm and leg.

> So I'd like to charge the Smile Auto repair and the AAFES with the dereliction of duty under the U.S.Court to have both of them pay the Examplary damages
> Dereliction of duty: Since recently, the AAFES have had the contractors for their main services such as the car care, rental cars and so on. And I think my case happened because of their lack of supervising.

> P.S. Why I want this to be done through the U.S. law is that in Korea,the labor& employment law is amazingly unfair to employees and also the U.S. armybase is considered as the American territory.
